Interaction content includes text, questions, choices, or images that are displayed to the user. When you create a new visual page, you must include at least one content element to the page.
This article explains in general how to work with content, known as elements, in the Page Editor:

When you create a new page give the page a title and add at least one element.
Drag and drop any item from the left column onto the page. The Element settings tab opens next to the Page settings on the right side. The following diagram shows how the screen looks after a Short Text element was added.
The following table describes the components of the Page Editor screen once content has been added.
|Displays the current Interaction name and current editor view (i.e., Page Editor).|
|2||Page Map||The center of the screen is the canvas for building your interaction flow for the current page. Drag and drop elements for your interaction from the list on the left to the page map.|
|3||Content||The interaction elements are divided into categories and listed on the left side of the screen.
|4||Page Settings||The Page settings appear in the Page tab on the right side of the screen. For an explanation, refer to Creating a New Page.|
|5||Element Settings||The Elements settings tab appears next to the Page tab on the right side of the screen when an element is added. The element settings differ for each different type of element (short text, multiline, Yes/No, etc).|
|Click Create Page to save the page. Click Discard Changes to cancel. When you save the page, the Interaction draft is automatically saved.|
Moving an Element
If you have more than one element on a page, you can easily adjust the order. Simply drag and drop the element into a new location.
Deleting an Element
To delete an element from the page, hover the mouse over the element and click .
