This section describes how to resolve some common issues that may arise while working with Jacada Interaction Server.

Issue Solution
The Interaction Designer does not launch from the Admin Console. If the Designer does not launch and a File Download popup opens after you click Launch Designer, it is likely that Java is not installed. Jacada recommends installing Java 7 (64-bit) with build 21 or later.
To download Java, click here. The download is free of charge.
The browser layout does not appear as expected, and/or there are problems with rendering of the UI components. To resolve this issue, clear your cache. In addition, it is recommended to clear browser cookies (if possible).
