Each account deployed on Jacada's Interaction Server has its own set of applications and is authorized to run a specific number of concurrent sessions, as determined by the license file that is provided by Jacada.

A license file must be uploaded for an account to enable it to work with the Admin Console or use any applications that run Interact Flows.

A license is preloaded to your account during account registration. All activities that involve updating a license (e.g., extension, replacement, etc.) are handled by the Jacada Support team.

License Expiration Notice

When a license approaches its expiration date, a notification message will be displayed in the banner at the top of the Admin Console indicating the number of days remaining before it expires.

If your license is due to expire within 24 hours, the following reminder message is displayed in the banner:

Viewing Your License Settings

You can view your current license details and settings from the Subscription page:

  1. From the Account menu at the left side of the Admin Console, select Account Information:

    The Account Information page is diplayed.
  2. At the upper right corner of the page, click Subscription. The Subscription page is displayed:

The following table provides information on Subscription page fields. All settings are read-only.

Item Description
Application access selections A selected checkbox indicates that your account is authorized to use the application. All accounts are authorized to access the Admin Console and the Designer.
Note: DNIS is a dedicated client used for call integration. The DNIS application allows you to manage your own pool of phone numbers. The DNIS Service application allows you to purchase phone numbers from Jacada.
Max number of concurrent agents The upper limit of concurrent daily agent connections.
Subscription expiration date The date by which the license needs to be renewed.
Account type JAS or VIVR.
Subscription type Trial or Full.
