Each account deployed on the Interaction Server has its own set of applications, and is authorized to run a specific number of concurrent sessions. The types of applications you have access to and the number of concurrent sessions you may run is determined by the license file that is provided by Jacada. A license file must be uploaded to enable you to work with the Admin Console, or use any applications that involve running Interactions.

Your license file is preloaded to your account with account registration. All activities that involve updating a license (e.g., extension, replacement, and so on) are handled by the Jacada support team.

A notification message in the banner at the top of every page of the Admin Console displays the number of days remaining until your license expires. The message text is: Your license will expire in <n> days. Please contact support@jacada.com to extend your license.
If your license is due to expire within 24 hours, the following reminder message is displayed in the banner:


Viewing Your License Settings

The Subscription page, which is accessed from the Account Information page, displays your license settings.

To view your license settings:

  • At the upper right corner of the Account Information page, click Subscription.
    The Subscription page opens.

The information provided on the Subscription page is described in the following table. All settings are read-only.

Application access checkboxes A selected checkbox indicates that your account is authorized to use the application. All accounts are authorized to access the Admin Console and the Designer.

DNIS is a dedicated client used for call integration. The DNIS application allows you to manage your own pool of phone numbers. The DNIS Service application allows you to purchase phone numbers from Jacada.
Max number of concurrent agents The upper limit of concurrent daily agent connections.
Subscription expiration date The date by which the license needs to be renewed.
Account type JAS or VIVR.
Subscription type Trial or Full.
