You can view and update installation settings for the Jacada Ticket Guidance application at anytime from the Manage Apps page of Zendesk's Apps Marketplace.
- From the Zendesk portal, navigate to the Manage Apps page.
- On the right side of the page, in the row of the Jacada Ticket Guidance application, click the gear icon and then select Change Settings. The installation settings will be displayed.
- Update application settings as required. For detailed information about each of the settings, click here.
- Click Update. Changes will be saved and the Manage Apps page will be redisplayed.
