The current installation settings for the Jacada Ticket Guidance application can be viewed from the Manage Apps page of Zendesk's Apps Marketplace. You can update your settings at any time, as required.

To view and update installation settings:

  1. From the Zendesk portal, navigate to the Manage Apps page.

  2. On the right side of the page, in the row of the Jacada Ticket Guidance application, click  and then select Change Settings.
    The installation settings are displayed. For example:

  3. Update the settings as required. For more information about the settings, refer to Installing the Zendesk Application.
  4. Click Update.
    The Manage Apps page opens again, and changes are saved.
