You can view and update installation settings for the Jacada Ticket Guidance application at anytime from the Manage Apps page of Zendesk's Apps Marketplace.

  1. From the Zendesk portal, navigate to the Manage Apps page.

  2. On the right side of the page, in the row of the Jacada Ticket Guidance application, click the gear icon  and then select Change Settings. The installation settings will be displayed.
  3. Update application settings as required. For detailed information about each of the settings, click here.
  4. Click Update. Changes will be saved and the Manage Apps page will be redisplayed.
