The Account Information page provides key details about your account, including company name, contact information, account type and license attributes.

The information on the Account Information page is initially entered by the System Administrator when your account is created.

The page is organized into a Details tab and a Subscription tab .

You access the Account Information page from the Admin Console Account menu by clicking Account Information.

Details Tab

After account creation, some of the fields on this tab can be updated by anyone with Account Admin (or higher) privileges.

The following information is maintained on the Details panel:

Setting Description
Organization Name The name of the organization or company that maintains the account.
Primary Contact Email The email address of the user who manages the account.
Main Address Contact details for the company.
Account Time Zone The time zone according to which aggregated Flow data is displayed in the usage dashboard and in Interact Reports. The default time zone is UTC.

Note: Flow data for dashboard and reporting purposes is collected in the Interact databases and aggregated into 24-hour periods according to UTC time. When users submit a request to display Dashboard data or to run a custom report, the relevant 24-hour period in UTC time is automatically adjusted forward or backward to accommodate the time difference between UTC and the user-selected time zone.
Locale The geographic locale defined for this account. This setting enables you to select a specific locale that will be used for time and date formats in Interact reports.
  • Select the Browser Locale radio button (the default) to set the account locale to that of the browser being used to run and view reports.
  • Select the Account Locale radio button to open a dropdown box that enables you to choose a specific locale from a standard list, as shown below:

    When Account locale is activated, the selected locale will be set for all account users, regardless of their browser settings.

Organization ID A unique identifier for the account. This identifier is appended to the URL used to access the Admin Console, e.g., <server:port>/admin/login/jacadag
Account Type JAS or VIVR.
Created On Date and time of account creation.


Subscription Tab

Note: Subscription Panel settings are read-only for anyone with less than System Admin privileges. For changes, please contact your Jacada support team.

The following information is maintained on the Subscription panel:

Setting Description
Organization ID The unique identifier for the account. (Refer to the Details Tab for more information.)
BI Enabled When toggled on (green), the account has access to Interact Advanced Business Intelligence (BI) features. For complete details, see click Interact Advanced Business Information: Overview.
BI Users When Interact Advanced Business Intelligence (BI) features are enabled, these fields display the number of licenses that are currently available for each BI user type.
Services Additional Jacada services which are currently available for use by this account.
Channel Types Channel types preceded by a checkmark are currently in use by this account. You can update, create, run and distribute any Application which is associated with an available Channel type.

To request availability of a Channel type, contact your Jacada support team.
DNIS Channel Types DNIS Channel types preceded by a checkmark are currently available for use by this account.
VPN Access Indicates whether this account can be accessed via VPN.
Max Number of Concurrent Agents The upper limit of concurrent daily agent connections.
License Expiration Date The date by which the license needs to be renewed.
License Type Either Trial or Full.


Updating Account Information

You can edit some of the settings on the Account Information page, as needed.

When you are finished updating the page, click Save at the lower right corner of the page to store your changes. To exit the editing session at any time without saving changes, click Cancel.
