A collection is a type of user variable that contains a set of items. You can define either a simple collection (a list of values) or a collection of objects. Each item in a collection must be of the same data type (number, date, text, boolean, currency, or specific object).

Once you define a collection, you can use it to display information to customers, allocate items from the collection into other variables, and so on.
In the following example, we will receive a collection of customers, and then select one customer from a list of choices. The sequence is:

  1. Create an Integration Point that returns a collection of customers.
  2. Display the collection as a multiple choice Question.
