Jacada Interact provides several methods of assistance for customers who would like to contact a customer service representative while navigating through an Interaction. When the Call feature is enabled, customers are able to initiate the call process by clicking the Contact Us button on the menu bar of the Interaction page. Selecting the Call option on the Contact Us page opens a popup that provides the number to call. For example:

DNIS is a dedicated client used for call integration. When the DNIS application is used as the call handling method, you manage your own list of the phone numbers to be allocated in runtime.

Note: The availability of the DNIS application is determined by your license settings.
