You can quickly inactivate and reactivate selected Applications, according to your needs.

Inactivate an Application

The Inactivate button enables you to temporarily inactivate one or more Applications. When an Application is inactivated, its Application key is disabled, and users are thus unable to access Flows using that Application

Note: You cannot inactivate 'out-of-the-box' Admin Console, Designer, Agent History Only, and DNIS Service default applications.

Inactivate from the Applications Page

From this page, multiple Applications can be inactivated simultaneously.

  1. At the left side of the Applications page, select the checkbox(es) in the row(s) of the Application(s) that you want to inactivate. The Inactivate button is enabled.
  2. At the upper right corner of the page, click Inactivate. A confirmation message is displayed, and the selected Application is inactivated.

Inactivate from an Application Details Tab

Using the Details tab, a single selected Application can be inactivated.

  1. From the Applications page, click the link in the row of the Application that you want to inactivate. The Application's Details page is displayed.
  2. At the upper right corner of the page, click Inactivate. A warning popup is displayed.

  3. Click Yes. A confirmation message is displayed, and the Application is inactivated.

Note: An Application can also be inactivated by selecting No in the Active dropdown of its Details settings.

Reactivate an Application

The Activate button appears on the Details tab of an inactivated Application. When you reactivate the Application, its Application key is enabled, and users are able to access Flows using the Application.

  1. From the Applications page, click the link in the row of the Application that you want to reactivate. The Application's Details page is displayed.



  2. At the upper right corner of the page, click Activate. A confirmation popup opens.

  3. Click Yes. The Application is activated, and the Applications page opens.

Note: An Application can also be reactivated by selecting Yes in the Active dropdown of its Details settings.
