The History Flow tab provides a read-only view of data related to a specific Interaction instance. If the Search tool was used to access the Interaction, the unique identifier or Call Attribute of the relevant instance is listed in parentheses to the right of the tab name. Below the tab name, the Quick View frame displays a summary of customer information details. (These are the values of variables that are selected in the Interaction Designer for the Agent Data variable set.) Click the arrow icons at the right side of the frame to display hidden columns.

On the lower portion of the page, several sub-tabs appear, each of which displays different types of information about the selected Interaction.

Note: The sub-tabs that are displayed are determined according to the application settings defined in the Admin Console. By default, the Answers sub-tab and the Flow sub-tab are visible.
