To embed your widget in the host application, copy the code from the iframe element and paste it into a new or existing HTML page that will host the widget. The following example shows an iframe element for a Web Self Service widget pasted inside the <body> tag of the host page. It is recommended to add an identifier to the frame (for example, id="frame") so the frame can be referred to when invoking operations.

<html>
<body>
<iframe id="frame" width="560" height="800"
src="https://gointeract.io:443/webselfservice/index.html
?appkey=ef3960b8-f73a-468f-9148-8000a32803fc&accountId=myAccount
&showTabs=false&showSearch=false&embedded=true
&showInformationArea=false&showAddNote=false
&embedded=true" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
</body>
<html>

To enable communication between the widget and the hosting page, the postmessage.js file needs to be included in the head section of the hosting page. The following example shows how this file can be taken from the Interaction Server and placed inside the head tag:

<head>
<script src="http://gointeract.io/interact/webselfservice/plugins/ postmessage.js"></script>
</head>
