The Web Self Service client is a web application that is designed to be run in a browser as part of another website, on the customer’s desktop or laptop computer. Using this application, customers can perform self service Interactions directly from your company’s website. This tutorial explains how to construct a Web Self Service widget and integrate it with your website.

Step 1: Create an iframe Statement
This step involves constructing an iframe element that will create an embedded widget suitable for the Web Self Service application. For details, refer to Creating the iframe Statement.

Step 2: Create the Host Page
This step involves copying the iframe element into the HTML page that will host the widget. For details, refer to Creating the Host Page.

Steps 3: Establish Communication
