The Launchpad is a supplementary application that demonstrates the capabilities of Visual IVR. In addition to providing quick links to videos and other learning resources, the Launchpad lets you navigate through Interactions and test them on your own mobile device. The Launchpad also allows you to easily customize the look and feel of Interactions by selecting a theme and uploading your own company logo.

Note: As the Launchpad focuses on demonstrating Interactions designed for the Mobile Web application, it is available to customers with VIVR accounts only.

Accessing the Launchpad

The Launchpad is accessed from your browser. The access URL is sent to you by email when you open your account.

Note: Users with a role of Agent are not authorized to access the Launchpad.

For security purposes, login is required to access the Launchpad. The credentials for logging into the Launchpad are the same credentials used to log into the Admin Console.

To help ensure the security of your account, your password needs to be at least 8 characters long. In addition, two of the following three requirements must be met:

  • A combination of upper case and lower case letters
  • A combination of letters and numbers
  • Use of special characters

To access the Launchpad:

  1. Access the Login page, using the relevant URL.
  2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields. If you have forgotten your password, click the forgot your password link to initiate a request for a new password. For more details about resetting your password, refer to Logging Into the Admin Console.
Note: For your convenience, the page can automatically save your username and password in a cookie. To skip the Login page in future sessions, select the Remember Me checkbox.

If your existing password does not meet the upgraded password requirements, you will be presented with a Password Has Expired popup when you attempt to log into the Launchpad. This popup will prompt you to reset your password. You will not be able to access the Launchpad until your password is reset.
