In projects where TTS prompts are used, mapping to Visual IVR elements is done by inserting the relevant annotations inside each prompt. If you wish to maintain both Voice IVR and Visual IVR options, you should make a duplicate set of prompts, and then insert annotations on the duplicated set.

The following example shows how mapping is done in a VXML file. Before mapping, the original prompt is:

<prompt> Please enter or say your pin number </prompt>

After mapping with annotations, the file appears as follows:

<prompt>{Title} Please enter your pin number {PasswordInput}</prompt>

Note that the words or say have been removed, as they are not relevant to the Visual IVR. The following figure shows how the annotations are presented in a VIVR VXML Connector page:
