Major release features and capabilities include:
◼ Jacada Intelligent Assistant Now Supports Watson
The Intelligent Assistant (IA) now fully supports the IBM Watson Conversation Natural Language Processing (NLP) engine, providing you even greater flexibility for developing chatbots that can access all of the power of Interact.
Jacada's IA provides complete, code-free fulfillment for today's NLP engines, enabling you to support real-time user chats and conversation-based transactions. With the IA, you can seamlessly integrate the latest Interact features together with the accumulated intelligence of your NLP engine to offer powerful client-side chatbot capabilities.
Along with the existing support for DialogFlow, the addition of Watson lets you create and maintain all NLP components in your chosen NLP engine so you can continue to benefit from all of the latest NLP developments. The IA works as your fulfillment tool, synchronizing all NLP components and working transparently so that you can build Interact workflows and handle data as usual. You and your users benefit from the best of both worlds.
Note: The changes we've made in the current IA mean that the webhook fulfillment mechanism we used in prior IA releases is no longer required.

◼ New Dynamic Variable Type
Dynamic Variables bring powerful new functionality to Interact. They enable a Designer to create a 'placeholder' variable whose contents are defined on-the-fly during runtime.
A Dynamic Variable always consists of a JSON object, enabling its content to be changed anytime to suit the current data needs of a Flow.
Dynamic Variables are created and maintained like any System Variable in Interact, and you can use them in most Designer elements like any other variable.

◼ More Enhancements to Heat Map Report
Heat Maps provide detailed statistics for all runtime user activities and movement in the selected Interaction and related sub-Interactions. Data from the Heat Map report can be used to measure the effectiveness and usability of Interactions, and provide the basis for ongoing analytics.
- Heat Map Page Activity Graphs. The Heat Map Report now provides a Graph View that displays only visited Pages, showing the relative level of user activity from Page to Page.
You can use the Graph View to easily see the traffic between Pages, which Pages are used the most or least, and where the most abandons occur.

- Quick Stats Can Be Used as Data Filters. The Quick Stats area at the top of the Heat Map Report can now also be used to instantly filter results in any of the report views, making it an easy way to locate specific Pages of interest by user activity.
