Before you can begin using Jacada's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities, RPA Services need to be set up for your account.

Note: RPA Services are available only for Multi Environment accounts.

  1. From the Admin Console Resources menu, select RPA Packages. If the Enable RPA splash panel is displayed as below, contact your Jacada System Admin or sales representative to complete the process.

  2. If you or the Admin have already created a RPA Package, you can begin working immediately. For details, see Adding RPA Packages.
